The following are contraindications that may disqualify an individual for permanent makeup & tattoo removal:

Those under the age of 18

Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding

Those who are diabetic (diabetes must be under control & a Physicians note is REQUIRED)

Those who have a viral or bacterial infection

Those who have a transmittable blood diseases such as HIV, AIDS, Hepatitis, etc.

Those who have Epilepsy

Those with a skin condition on or around the treatment area

Includes: rashes, eczema, psoriasis, wounds, etc.

Those taking steroid medications

Those who suffer from cancer or undergoing Chemotherapy (Physicians note is REQUIRED)

Those who are allergic to ink, makeup, dyes, etc.

Those who are allergic to alcohol or topical anesthetics such as lidocaine

Those who are currently taking Accutane (must be off medication for at least 1 year)

Those who suffer from healing/blood disorders

Those with Hemophilia

Those with pacemakers, mitral valve disease or any major heart conditions.

Those with high blood pressure

Those on blood pressure medication (Blood pressure must be under control and Physicians note is REQUIRED)

Those with an autoimmune disease

Those who suffer from keloid and hypertrophic scarring
